About Team Sigrun:
We are a tight-knit team of 20 individuals, operating globally but within the CET time zone. Our team consists of 10 full-time and 10 part-time members, all committed to supporting women in business and advancing gender equality. We believe in the power of online coaching and aim to create a positive and empowering environment for both our clients and team members.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a Marketing Director who's ready to take charge and lead our marketing efforts. You'll be responsible for executing our marketing strategy, managing multiple projects, leading a diverse marketing team, and collaborating closely with me. Your goal is to increase our brand visibility, attract new clients, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the Marketing Strategy: Develop a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with our vision and goals, covering areas such as brand positioning, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Lead the Marketing Team: Manage and support our marketing team, which includes a Launch Manager, Content Manager, Conversion Copywriter, Content Copywriter, Social Media Manager, Paid Ads Manager, Video Editor, and Tech VA.
- Project Management: Handle multiple projects efficiently, creating and executing project plans that stay within budget and meet strict deadlines. Be adaptable and quick to switch between projects to ensure everything stays on track.
- Content Creation & Management: Oversee the production of engaging content across our channels, including blogs, webinars, videos, and social media, ensuring it resonates with our audience and drives conversions.
- Plan & Execute Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing campaigns for our coaching programs and services, monitoring performance and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Monitor Marketing and Sales Data: Watch the numbers on a daily basis, analyze performance metrics, and be ready to make swift decisions. Identify areas for improvement, implement changes, and take decisive action to optimize results.
- Market Research & Customer Insights: Keep up with market trends and analyze customer data to refine our strategies and improve our offerings.
- Manage the Marketing Budget: Allocate resources wisely to maximize ROI and achieve our marketing goals.
Current and Upcoming Marketing Efforts
- Promote Signups to Our Annual In-Person Event: Boost registrations and participation in our key annual gathering.
- Prepare the Sales Part of the Event: Strategize and execute sales initiatives during our event to maximize results.
- Improve Our Existing Sales Funnels: Optimize our funnels to enhance customer journey and conversion rates.
- Prepare a New Webinar Promotion: Plan and promote our upcoming webinar effectively.
- Promote a Launch Workshop: Market our upcoming workshop to drive attendance and engagement.
- Collect Testimonials from Recent Programs: Gather and showcase client testimonials to build credibility and attract new clients.
- Prepare Our Christmas Launch: Develop and execute a marketing plan for our holiday season launch.
- Review Our Social Media Strategy: Evaluate and enhance our social media presence to increase reach and engagement.
- Relaunch Our New Website: Oversee the launch of our updated website, ensuring a smooth user experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: You’ve got at least 5 years of marketing experience, with a couple of those in a leadership role. Experience in the online coaching or education space is a big plus.
- Skills: You know your way around digital marketing channels like SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. You're a great communicator and a natural leader.
- Project Management Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You can create detailed project plans, stick to budgets, and uphold strict deadlines without getting overwhelmed.
- Location: You must be based in the GMT/BST/CET time zone to effectively collaborate with our team.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a bonus, but not necessary.
