Before my approach to marketing and launching was sporadic and ineffective. I realised that what I did before, was not a real launch but a total mess and that my past efforts weren’t true launches but a jumble of actions.
Following Sigrun, even though I was nervous and new to many tactics, my first launch earned over 1 million Czech Crowns (around $50,000). It was an eye-opener. I introduced various strategies like live client interviews, daily emails, and even an open cart system—all while managing responsibilities as a mother of two young children.
Now I can’t imagine my business without launching. Because it brings in strategy. Before, my business was very messy. I just sent out emails, I was working a lot in my business, I was taking care of the clients and I didn't plan.
Today it’s a business, before it was just me and my computer. And even though everything is more structured and more planned, I still can be creative. When I have an idea I burn for, I’ll just do it. I still have a lot of independence in that, but following the structure helps a lot.
