By signing up to the Friends of 12 Days referral program, you agree to these Referral Program Terms & Conditions (“Referral Terms”). You also irrevocably consent to the Company’s General Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which form part of the overall agreement.
The Referral Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old. No prior purchase or participation in Sigrun programs is required.
After signing up, you will receive a unique referral link. You may share this link with friends, family, or your audience. A referral is counted when someone signs up for 12 Days of Masterclasses® using your unique link. Your referral statistics are visible in your ThriveCart affiliate dashboard. The leaderboard on the Referral Program hub page is updated manually and may not reflect real-time results.
Rewards are based solely on the number of valid referrals generated during the campaign period.
Reward Level 1: When you join Friends of 12 Days, you will receive access to the Behind the Scenes of a 7-Figure Launch email series.
Reward Level 2: When you refer 10 or more friends, you will receive access to the Exclusive Scale to 7-Figures Masterclass.
Reward Level 3: If you rank among the top 50 referrers, you will be invited to the Invite-Only Launch Debrief Workshop.
Reward Level 4: If you are one of the top 5 referrers, you will receive an invitation to the Mastermind Day & Dinner in Zurich, Switzerland.
Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, must be used as offered, and do not include travel or accommodation.
Prizes will be announced in January 2026 after the completion of 12 Days of Masterclasses®.
Participants do not receive financial compensation, commissions, discounts, or any form of monetary payment. This Referral Program is prize-based only.
Referrals are tracked exclusively through your unique referral link. The Company is not responsible for referrals that are not properly tracked due to browser settings, cookie settings, private browsing, user error, or technical issues outside the Company’s control.
Only tracked referrals count toward rewards and leaderboard ranking.
You agree not to misuse or manipulate the referral system, use spam or paid advertising, misrepresent Sigrun GmbH or the 12 Days of Masterclasses®, or create fake accounts or refer yourself.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity may result in disqualification and removal from the leaderboard.
Email templates, social media templates, and promotional materials provided in the Referral Program hub may be used only for sharing your referral link for the 12 Days of Masterclasses®. You may not modify these materials in a way that misrepresents the Company.
You may only share your referral link with people who have given you permission to contact them. When your referrals sign up, the Company receives only their registration data. You will see only numerical referral stats, not personal data of your referrals.
Sigrun GmbH may update, modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, including leaderboard rules, rewards, or eligibility, without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sigrun GmbH is not liable for lost or untracked referrals, technical issues, inability to deliver certain rewards due to reasons outside the Company’s control, or changes to rewards or program structure.
These Referral Terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland.
By participating, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Referral Terms.
