My philosophy
on life and business
I’m passionate about establishing gender equality in and out of the business world.
And the only way to get there is if women put themselves first. I learned this lesson the hard way, after working for a decade, building other people’s businesses and sacrificing my health in the process.
Once I put myself and my dreams first, I created the lifestyle, financial freedom and impact I wanted. So I’m giving you and every woman permission to:
- Create a new system that supports gender equality
- Do what it takes to make your dreams come true
- Always put yourself first
I come from Iceland, which is often voted one of the happiest countries in the world, but I still take responsibility for my own happiness. I expect you do the same.
Think about what will make you happy.
- Making more money while working less?
- Working a job that you love that aligns with your passions and values?
- Sharing your knowledge with your ideal client, improving their lives?
- Enjoying financial and location freedom, so you can work from anywhere?
All of this can be achieved with an online business, but it is your responsibility to do the work to bring happiness into your life.
My programs are designed for action-takers. If you want to make a change in your life, you need to demonstrate this.
Think of the Universe as a mirror. It will reflect back what you do. If you freeze, procrastinate, and stay still, your reflection will do the same. If you move and take action, you will see that play out in the mirror.
Stop thinking, and start doing. Nobody runs a successful business by sitting still, trapped in a state of analysis-paralysis, and waiting for success to happen to them by accident. If you take action, the Universe will match your positive energy.
Nobody owes you a living, and nobody has the right to be wealthy. If you want to live a live of financial freedom, you need to make this happen for yourself.
I used to have self-limited beliefs, thinking that anybody who was rich must be a bad person, but I worked very hard to change this mindset. You can do so, too, but wealth will not come to you without effort and action.
Adjust your money mindset, and earn the revenue that you deserve. I will give you the tools to do this, but the rest is down to you.
One of my favourite quotes is from Henry Ford – “If you believe you can do it or you believe you can't, you are right”
Self-belief is the most important tool any online entrepreneur can have, and you must understand that anything is possible. I have experienced setbacks in my life, including debilitating health concerns, but I run an 8-figure business because I knew I could overcome these challenges.
Set yourself a goal and work towards it, remembering that it takes the same effort to think small as it does to think big. Anything is possible, so do not place limits on your potential.
I want you to succeed, and I work with women (and a few good men) who want to succeed. This is at the heart of my programs and mentoring style.
I will tell you what you need to hear to make a difference in your business. Sometimes, this will take the form of “tough love,” as I believe in honesty and transparency.
If you work with me, we can achieve great things together – but I will not do the work for you, I will not tell you that black is white to spare your feelings, and I will not accept excuses for not doing what is necessary to achieve your goals.
The “Work Less - Earn More” attitude in online business is false. You CAN work less and earn more - but only when you have the right systems in place. You can’t just put your feet up in the air and become a millionaire!
