You’ve had a senior role in a million dollar online business and now you would love to join a leading role in an online business that makes $3M/year and help the business grow to $5M/year and beyond. You know what to focus on to drive sales in a market-driven business. You are obsessed with numbers and love to follow through with projects and hit deadlines.
This is a marketing and operational role. This could be two roles in the future but currently we are looking for one person that has the unique ability and desire to do both. You would work directly for the CEO and together you would drive the business forward, increase revenue and profitability by allowing the CEO to stay in her zone of genius.
You are ideally based within 100 km of Zurich, Switzerland and you can travel to Zurich to have face to face meetings with the CEO. This is a full time role and pay is based on experience and location.

You have done SOMBA Kickstart and you’ve been a member of the SOMBA Club (or SOMBA Membership) and you’ve been a SOMBA Mentor too. You’ve loved supporting our students and you would like to continue to support them. Then this role might be for you.
SOMBA Club Program Manager is a project management and mentoring role. You are involved in all aspects of running and improving the program. You oversee the SOMBA Club content with our Programs Team and send out weekly email updates to all members. You make sure that all members are well taken care of from the moment they sign up for the program and until their time in the SOMBA Club is up. To start with this is a part-time role with ca. 5 hours a week and if all goes well, there is the option to expand the role and/or combine with other roles at Team Sigrun.
