We are looking for a result-driven online Sales Associate to qualify leads, nurture customer relationships, and close sales. Ultimately, your goal is to increase revenue and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
As the Sales Associate, you play a significant role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility is to assist customers throughout their purchasing journey, from providing product information to facilitating the sales process.
You will be actively engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries, and offering solutions that meet their needs. In addition to assisting with sales transactions, you will also contribute to maintaining prompt response to customer’s inquiries via email and phone.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds on a daily basis, going the extra mile to drive sales, stay up-to-date with our programs, and accurately track the results. Additionally, you will work closely with the Program team to meet and exceed sales targets, while also providing feedback to improve our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and purchase transactions both via email and phone.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets by actively engaging with customers to identify their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the Program Team and the Management to gather customer feedback and insights, contributing to product and service improvements to better meet customer needs and enhance overall sales performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively engage with customers and address their inquiries
- Proficiency in handling sales transactions and maintaining prompt responses to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tracking sales results

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Sales
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales management tools is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques

Compensation based on experience and location
