We are looking for a dynamic-driven Social Seller who is adept at driving results online. This role entails engaging with our clients across various social media platforms, with the goal of nurturing relationships and fostering sales opportunities.
As a Social Seller, you play a crucial role in engaging with our client base through our various social media platforms. Your responsibilities include posting relevant content, actively commenting and tagging users, initiating direct messages, participating in live chat sessions, reaching out via email, and conducting phone conversations.
Your primary objective is to establish meaningful connections with potential customers and existing clients, nurturing these relationships to drive sales and enhance brand loyalty. Additionally, you will collaborate with our marketing team to strategize and optimize our social media presence, ensuring that our messaging aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
This role requires a proactive approach to social selling, where you leverage your communication skills and knowledge of social media platforms to effectively engage with our audience and drive results. You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of your efforts and identify areas for improvement. Ultimately, your goal is to increase sales revenue and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a strong presence on our social media platforms, actively engaging with our client base through posting, commenting, tagging, direct messaging, live chat, email, and phone conversations.
- Foster genuine connections with prospective and current customers, utilizing social selling methods to boost sales and reinforce brand allegiance.
- Work closely with the marketing team to devise and implement social media strategies that mirror our brand identity and resonate with our desired audience, ultimately driving revenue growth and advancing business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to engage with customers effectively through social media channels.
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track and analyze engagement metrics.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to social selling.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, marketing and/or customer service roles is advantageous.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing trends and algorithms on social media platforms.
- Passion for building meaningful relationships with customers and driving sales growth.
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on social media best practices and trends
Hours: Part-time, 20 hrs a week
Compensation based on experience and location
