Meet Ingrid Dach
Launch Copywriter, Czech Republic
From €20k and long working hours to €400k and work-life balance
Following the birth of her third child, Ingrid left her job in the science world and started an online business as a Copywriter. Starting from zero, with no email list, Ingrid was working very long hours for very little revenue. This changed when she enrolled in SOMBA® Kickstart.
Ingrid experienced a mindset shift, growing in confidence and becoming comfortable with being visible online. She made 87 upsells and generated €8,700 in just 8 weeks. This was only the beginning of Ingrid’s journey.
Upon completing SOMBA® Kickstart, Ingrid joined Momentum 360° to continue growing and scaling her online business. Empowered to raise her prices to reflect the value of her work, Ingrid’s launches generated revenue of €39k and then €150k — her first six-figure launch.
Ingrid’s annual revenue grew from €20k to over €400k, and she underwent a significant lifestyle change. Sigrun’s teachings helped Ingrid retire her husband, upgrade her car, purchase her dream home — and stop working lengthy hours on a 1-1 basis, enabling Ingrid to enjoy a work-life balance that provides more time with her family.
I had a $30K launch. I made so much money that I was able to cancel my 1:1s for the rest of the year.
Putting an offer out there for this price was way out of my comfort zone, but Sigrun’s program helped me to be confident enough to take the step. What I like most about it all is that it’s so much fun.
10,000 women and counting have built successful online businesses using my programs, with a 90% completion rate*

Ewa Pyrczak Language and Vocabulary Coach, Poland
Thanks to the push of having different modules and different ideas every week, I grew in power.
“In the beginning, I felt I was not able to do anything. Who’s gonna follow me? Can I really teach anything? I have no idea. I don’t have my own business. How could I sell my business when I don’t have anything? But thanks to the push of having different modules and different ideas every week, I grew in power.”

More SOMBA® Kickstart success stories
Frida T, Pelvic Pain Yoga Instructor, Sweden
The problem Frida operates in a specialist niche as a yoga instructor, helping women who experience chronic pelvic pain. Frida’s services are extremely popular, but before joining SOMBA® Kickstart, she worked in small yoga studios with limited space. This meant that Frida could only support a fraction of the women that needed her help.
The solution Upon joining SOMBA® Kickstart, Frida took her business online. Removing the limitations of physical space meant that she went from helping 13 women at a time to thousands. Frida was also no longer restricted to helping women close enough to attend a class in person. She now helps women experiencing pelvic pain all across the world.
The results Moving her business online drastically increased Frida’s client base, reputation, and revenue. Frida now has tens of thousands of social media followers, over 16,000 names on her email list. In less than a year, Frida could resign from her job as a political scientist and focus exclusively on her online business. She now enjoys greater flexibility in her working life and location, enabling her to spend more time with her daughter.
Annette Gevatter, Watercolour Painting Coach, Germany
The problem Annette was a lifelong graphic designer, with a passion for teaching sketching and drawing at a local adult education centre. Annette long dreamed of teaching full-time, but did not think this was possible. Annette had a bad experience with a previous online coaching program that offered minimal support, and until she joined SOMBA® Kickstart, she did not believe that she could run a successful online business.
The solution Despite her previous bad experience with online coaching, Annette joined SOMBA® Kickstart in 2024 after enjoying Sigrun’s 12 Days of Masterclasses. The coaching in the program helped Annette to understand the wants and and needs of her ideal client, and her 4-week course attracted over 600 participants. Annette also made 28 upsells, earning revenue of €7,500 during the program.
The results Annette’s online business has continued to grow and scale since completing SOMBA® Kickstart. Annette joined Momentum 360°, and now runs a successful membership program for her clients. In 2025 Annette enjoyed her biggest launch yet, enjoying revenue of over €13,000, and she is just getting started!
Emily Bouti, Weight Loss Mentor, Greece
The problem When Emily joined SOMBA® Kickstart, she had a nine-month-old baby, which meant she could not continue with her former job. Emily needed to find a revenue stream where she could work from home while also having enough flexibility to care for her baby, as she had no support network to help with childcare.
The solution Inspired by the 12 Days of Masterclasses, Emily decided to invest all her savings into SOMBA® Kickstart, feeling that, “if I will not invest in myself, then why should others do it?” Despite having no experience with online business, and no names on her email list, Emily was determined to enjoy success as an online entrepreneur.
The results During the SOMBA® Kickstart program, Emily attracted 1,300 names to her mailing list and made 15 upsells following her 4-week course, generating revenue of €4,500 in a matter of weeks. Emily has continued to grow her business, and she now enjoys a reliable and sustainable revenue stream – all while working a job that she truly loves.
Laura Dobrosi, Face Yoga Instructor, Hungary
The problem Laura operated a face yoga business alongside her career as a performer, but this business venture was entirely offline. This meant that Laura was not generating any revenue from her face yoga teachings, and did not have any course materials that she could use online to new clients.
The solution Laura joined SOMBA® Kickstart to take her offline business online, and create a 4-week course. Laura realised that she wanted to grow her online business quickly, and that enrolling in SOMBA® Kickstart would ensure this was the case as it provided a blueprint to follow.
The results Over 3,700 people joined Laura’s 4-week course based on her social media advertising, and she made almost 200 upsells, generating over €33,000 in revenue during SOMBA® Kickstart. Laura also experienced a profound mindset change during the program, developing a sustainable long-term plan for her face yoga business and gaining knowledge, confidence and motivation.
Kirsten Hildebrandt, Animal Portrait Artist, Germany
The problem Kirsten was already working online prior to joining SOMBA® Kickstart, editing scientific texts. However, Kirsten’s real passion was in the world of art – she had illustrated children’s books, and taken commissions for animal portraits. As a natural introvert, though, Kirsten was very nervous about starting a business that would require being more visible online.
The solution Kirsten believed that SOMBA® Kickstart would help her achieve her dreams of making a living as an illustrator, so she signed up for the program. Kirsten created a 4-week course coaching how to illustrate with a pencil, and began her journey toward making a living from her passion.
The results Kirsten’s 4-week course attracted over 630 sign-ups and she made €8,000 in revenue from her upsells. Perhaps just as importantly, SOMBA® Kickstart changed the way Kirsten feels about online visibility. Kirsten was delighted to learn how many people wished to learn from her, and continued her journey as an animal portrait artist in Momentum 360°.
