Terms and Conditions

These terms in short

  • These terms apply to everything you buy from us or use from us.
  • Our programs are non-refundable. When you join, you commit to the full minimum period and to every payment in your payment plan.
  • A subscription keeps running, and you keep owing the payments, until you cancel it. Not logging in or not replying does not cancel it.
  • If you don’t pay what you owe, we take legal action to collect it, and you pay the costs.
  • What we teach and give you is for your own business. You may not copy it, share it or teach it to others, during your program or after. This also applies if you got access without buying, for example through a friend.
  • Don’t record our calls or upload our materials into AI tools.
  • We can’t promise results. What you get out of a program depends on you.
  • Swiss law applies.

Who we are

We are Sigrun GmbH, a limited liability company based in Switzerland. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Sigrun GmbH. “You” means anyone who buys from us or uses what we offer, including anyone who gets access to our programs or materials through someone else. When you are in one of our programs, we call you a student, member or client.

What these terms cover

These terms cover everything we offer: our programs, subscriptions, workshops, masterminds, events, AI agents and tools, our program platform at programs.sigrun.com, our communities, our free offers, and any other product we sell. Our core programs today are SOMBA® Advantage and SOMBA® Ignite. These terms also apply to every other program, workshop or product we create, run and sell, now or in the future, and to every program we have run in the past. Wherever these terms say “program”, they mean all of them.

These are our only terms. They replace all earlier versions of our terms and any separate terms for single programs, affiliates or referrals.

Your own terms and conditions, if you have any, do not apply.

Agreeing to these terms

You agree to these terms when you buy from us, sign up for anything we offer or use our services. We ask you to confirm them with a tick box when you buy. We may also ask you to confirm the current terms at other times, for example when you log in. When you confirm, the current terms apply to your whole relationship with us from then on. We keep a record of which version you confirmed, when and how. A partner who gets partner access confirms the terms when their access is set up.

What a program includes

What a program includes, how you pay for it and any minimum period are shown on its sales page and at checkout when you buy.

We keep improving our programs. Content, calls, workshops, AI agents, schedules, formats and platforms may change during your program. You are not guaranteed any specific content, call, workshop, agent or schedule that was available when you joined.

If a live or in-person event is moved or cancelled, we tell you as soon as we can. We do not pay for your travel, accommodation or any other costs.

Bonuses

Bonuses are extras we add to a program, for example an event ticket, a workshop or extra material. A bonus is not part of what you pay for.

We may change, replace, postpone or cancel a bonus at any time, for example if an event does not take place. If that happens, you are not entitled to a refund, compensation or a replacement.

Who can join

You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. Our programs are for business owners and people starting a business. You buy them for your business, not as a private consumer.

Your access is for you, the person who bought it. If a program offers partner access, you can buy it for a business partner or a team member who has an email address at your company. Partner access is for that one person, and these terms apply to them as well. Apart from that, you may not share your login, let anyone else use your access, or use a program on someone else’s behalf. You are responsible for what anyone you let in does with it, including a partner you added.

When you sign up, give us your real name, your own email address and correct contact details, and keep them up to date.

Use our services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for every purchase made by you or for you.

We are based in Switzerland. Some of our content may not be suitable or legal in other countries. If you use our services from outside Switzerland, you do so at your own risk and you must follow the laws where you are.

Buying from us

We work hard to describe our services and prices correctly. If we make a mistake, we may correct it, and we may cancel an order placed at a wrong price.

The price and currency are shown at checkout, including any VAT that applies. Fees your bank or card provider charges, for example for currency conversion, are yours to pay.

Your order is accepted only once your payment has gone through. We send you an email to confirm it. If anything in that email is wrong, tell us straight away.

We may refuse to sell to anyone, at any time, without giving a reason. We may change or stop any part of our services, but we always deliver what you have already paid for.

Subscriptions and minimum periods

Some programs are paid by subscription, monthly or yearly. You have access for as long as your subscription is active and your payments are up to date.

A subscription may have a minimum period, counted from your first payment. The minimum period is shown on the sales page and at checkout. You commit to paying for the whole minimum period. A yearly subscription cannot be cancelled during the year.

After the minimum period, you can cancel a monthly subscription at any time in your billing account. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We add snapshots to your account only while your program is active. Once you have cancelled, or your access is ending for any other reason, we no longer add any snapshots to your account, including during the time you still have access.

You cannot pause your access, switch to another program or pass your place on to someone else, unless we offer it.

A subscription keeps running, and you keep owing each payment, until you cancel it in your billing account. Not logging in, not taking part, not replying to our emails or stopping the payment with your bank does not cancel it.

If a program lets you keep something after you leave, for example AI agents or skills you have unlocked, you may keep using it in your own business and your own AI account. Updates are only for students whose program is active.

Refunds

Our programs give you immediate access to our digital content and services, so all sales are final. This applies to all our programs, workshops and masterminds, unless the sales page says otherwise. Other products and events may have their own refund rules, shown on their sales or sign-up page. Please read them before you buy.

As far as the law allows, you agree that:

  • when you ask at checkout for your access to start straight away, you confirm that you lose any legal right to withdraw from your purchase, including the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law;
  • you cannot cancel or withdraw from your purchase once you have access to the program.

We give no refunds or partial refunds. Your access lasts for the period you have paid for and is not extended.

Payment plans and unpaid amounts

If you choose a payment plan, you commit to every payment in it. Cancelling, stopping the program or no longer using it does not end what you owe. You keep paying until the full amount is settled.

If a payment is late or fails, we may pause your access until you have paid. What you owe stays due.

If you miss a payment and don’t pay within 14 days of our reminder, the whole remaining amount becomes due at once. That means every payment left in your payment plan, or in your minimum period.

We charge interest on overdue amounts, as Swiss law allows (art. 104 of the Swiss Code of Obligations).

If you don’t pay, we take legal action to collect what you owe. We may pass the debt to a collection agency or a lawyer, in Switzerland or in your country. You pay the costs of collecting it, as far as the law allows.

A chargeback or payment dispute with your bank does not cancel what you owe. We may refuse to sell to you again until everything you owe is paid.

Our content belongs to us

Everything in our programs belongs to Sigrun GmbH: the names, concept, curriculum, structure, order of lessons, methods, templates, pre-built funnels and automations (our “snapshots”), recordings, AI agents and all other materials. It is protected by copyright, trademark and competition law. Joining a program gives you no ownership of any of it.

You may use the materials for your own learning and in your own online business. This permission is personal to you. You cannot pass it on, and it ends when your access ends or if you break these terms, except for anything a program lets you keep after you leave.

Without our written permission, you may not copy, change, publish, share, sell or show our materials to anyone else, or make anything new from them.

Sigrun, SOMBA, Lifestyle Business, our program names, logos and graphics are our trademarks. These terms give you no right to use them.

We protect our content and take legal action when it is misused. If we believe you are breaking these rules, we can remove you from our services straight away, without a refund.

Don’t copy our programs

You may use what you learn in your own business. You may not teach, sell, license or reuse how our programs are taught. In particular, you may not, yourself or through someone else:

  • create, offer or deliver a free or paid program, training or service that is the same as, very similar to, or based on any of our programs;
  • copy a program’s concept, structure, curriculum, order of lessons, pace or teaching design;
  • present one of our programs, or a version of it, as your own work;
  • share, sell or pass on any AI agent from our programs to anyone else, for free or for payment;
  • upload our materials or recordings into an AI tool to copy or rebuild a program, or to train an AI on it;
  • help anyone else do any of these things.

This applies to anyone who has seen or used any of our programs or materials, in any way: whether you bought the program, got access through a friend or someone else’s login, were given recordings or materials, or joined a free offer. It covers all our programs, including programs we no longer run, such as SOMBA® Kickstart. It applies during your program and after it ends, with no time limit, wherever you are.

Sigrun talks publicly about parts of her methods, for example in her book, on her podcast and in her marketing. You may refer to and discuss what she has made public. That does not give you the right to copy, sell or teach our programs or something very similar.

You may not hire our coaches or team members, or ask them to work for you or your business, while you are in a program and for 12 months after it ends.

Confidentiality

Do not share program materials or recordings that are not public with anyone outside the program, unless we agree in writing. This continues after your access ends.

What you share in our programs and communities is not confidential. Other students may see it. If you want to tell us something in confidence, contact our team directly and say that it is confidential.

How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy on sigrun.com.

What you share with us

You keep the rights to anything you post or upload in our programs and communities. Only post things you own or have permission to use. You are responsible if something you post breaks someone else’s rights, and you cover any cost to us that results, including legal fees.

By posting in our programs, you allow us to use what you post, worldwide and permanently, for our business and marketing. Other students may also use what you share. If they misuse it, take it up with them directly, not with us.

We may use what you share to analyse and improve our programs and our marketing.

We may record coaching calls, workshops, masterclasses, webinars and other sessions. Recordings of coaching calls are used only inside our programs, never in our marketing. Recordings of our free and paid workshops, masterclasses and webinars may be shared as replays and used in our marketing. If you don’t want to appear in a recording, turn off your camera and don’t use the chat. We don’t remove anyone’s video, voice or chat messages from a recording afterwards.

Community and calls

Our programs include live calls and a private online community. To keep them safe, focused and supportive, these rules apply.

No selling or self-promotion

Unless Sigrun has agreed in writing, do not:

  • promote or sell any product, service, program, event or offer;
  • post links to your own or anyone else’s websites, groups, content, surveys or affiliate offers;
  • post anything meant to get you leads, clients or visibility;
  • ask other students to contact you privately;
  • use the community or calls for market research.

No private messages without permission

Don’t send private messages to other students, Sigrun or our team about a program unless you have been invited to.

Content and behaviour

Don’t:

  • post videos, livestream or broadcast yourself in the community unless we allow it;
  • post anything offensive, abusive, discriminatory, misleading or disruptive;
  • start subgroups or side groups with other students without Sigrun’s written permission;
  • record, screen-record or transcribe calls, or bring an AI note-taker or recording tool into them, unless we allow it;
  • misuse our names or trademarks.

Other students

What other students say is their own view. We don’t check, vet or recommend other students or their services. If you do business with another student, check them out yourself. It is at your own risk.

If the rules are broken

If we believe these rules or these terms have been broken, we may remove posts, mute or remove you from calls, remove you from the community or end your access, without warning and without a refund.

AI tools

Our programs may give you AI agents, tools and features (our “AI tools”). They are there to help you learn, come up with ideas and get work done. They don’t replace your own judgement.

AI can get things wrong. Its answers may be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date or unsuitable. Nothing an AI tool produces is financial, legal, tax or professional advice.

Check anything an AI tool gives you before you rely on it. You are responsible for what you decide and do with it. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using AI tools, and we cannot promise that they will always be available or work without interruption.

Results

Our programs are education and business coaching. We work with professional care, but we cannot promise success, income or any specific result.

Income, revenue or sales figures in our marketing, testimonials, case studies or student stories show what individual people achieved. They are not a promise of what you will achieve. Your results depend on many things, including your background, skills, effort, how you put things into practice and the market.

Nothing in our programs is financial, legal or business advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and results.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any damage connected with our services, direct or indirect, including lost profits and consequential damage. This does not apply to damage we cause on purpose or through gross negligence.

We may change information on our websites without notice, and we cannot promise it is always complete, correct and up to date.

We are not responsible for information from other people, such as other students, and it does not reflect our opinion. We are not responsible for websites, platforms or tools from other companies that we link to or use. You use them at your own risk.

Where the law does not allow us to exclude liability, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service the claim is about.

Events beyond our control

If something outside our control delays or stops our services, such as natural disasters, fire, accidents, illness, war, terrorism, unrest, trade restrictions, pandemics, platform outages or hacker attacks, we will tell you as soon as we can. We are not liable for what we could not deliver. If it lasts more than 60 days, we may end the contract straight away.

If you break these terms

We may pause or end your access, without a refund, if we believe you have broken these terms.

If you break the rules on our content, copying our programs, confidentiality or AI agents, you pay us CHF 3,000 for each breach. We may still ask a court to stop you, claim further damages and recover our legal costs.

If your breach of these terms, or the way you use our services, leads to a claim against us, you cover all our losses and costs, including legal fees. You help us defend the claim at no charge, and you don’t settle it without our written agreement.

How we contact each other

Notices to us go by email to info@sigrun.com, or by post to Sigrun GmbH, Suurstoffi 37, 6343 Rotkreuz, Switzerland. Our legal seat is listed in the Swiss commercial register.

We contact you mainly by email, at the address you gave us, or through announcements on our program platform. We may also use messaging apps or social media. You agree to receive messages from us electronically, and anything we send that way counts as being in writing.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time and will let you know. If you don’t object within 30 days, the changes apply to you. We may also ask you to confirm the new terms. The latest version is always on sigrun.com.

If you object, your access ends. You get no refund for anything delivered up to then, and payments you have already committed to stay due.

What still applies after you leave

The rules on our content, copying our programs, what you share with us, confidentiality, unpaid amounts, liability, Swiss law and courts still apply after your program ends.

If part of these terms is invalid

If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies. The invalid part is replaced by a valid one that comes as close as possible to what it meant.

Swiss law and courts

These terms and your whole relationship with us are governed by Swiss law. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

Any dispute between you and us goes exclusively to the courts at our registered place of business. This applies to every dispute, whether it is about payment, copying our programs, our content or anything else, whether or not it comes from a contract.

We may also take legal action against you where you live or where your business is registered.

If a country does not allow this choice of law or court, Swiss law applies as far as that country allows, and the dispute goes to the competent court nearest to our registered place of business.

If these terms are ever translated, the English version applies.
