The problem Frida operates in a specialist niche as a yoga instructor, helping women who experience chronic pelvic pain. Frida’s services are extremely popular, but before joining SOMBA® Kickstart, she worked in small yoga studios with limited space. This meant that Frida could only support a fraction of the women that needed her help.
The solution Upon joining SOMBA® Kickstart, Frida took her business online. Removing the limitations of physical space meant that she went from helping 13 women at a time to thousands. Frida was also no longer restricted to helping women close enough to attend a class in person. She now helps women experiencing pelvic pain all across the world.

How long is the SOMBA® Kickstart program?
SOMBA® Kickstart runs for 13 weeks from onboarding to conclusion.
I do not have any experience with entrepreneurship - is SOMBA® Kickstart right for me?
Absolutely! The SOMBA® Kickstart program includes step-by-step guidance, so you will receive a full education in the world of online entrepreneurship.
How much time will I need to dedicate to SOMBA® Kickstart?
Like all online programs, the more time you dedicate to SOMBA® Kickstart, the faster you are likely to make significant progress. However, most people find that setting aside two hours per day – or an equivalent amount of time across the week to catch up – is sufficient to keep up with the program.
I have a holiday planned during SOMBA® Kickstart - will this be a problem?
All calls during SOMBA® Kickstart are recorded, so you will be able to catch up when you are back at your desk. However, do not forget, the beauty of online learning is that it can be conducted anywhere with an internet connection!
You mention creating a 4-week course during SOMBA® Kickstart - what if I already have a course to offer?
The SOMBA® Kickstart program is built around creating and promoting a new 4-week course, but if you already have some materials, you can use the program to refine and finesse this course.
I already have an offline business - will SOMBA® Kickstart help me transition to online?
Yes, many former SOMBA® Kickstart students have successfully moved their offline business online, growing their audience and enjoying greater flexibility as a result.
I would like to run my own business, but I do not have a clear idea of what I want to do - will SOMBA® Kickstart help me decide?
Yes, part of the SOMBA® Kickstart process involves identifying and confirming the ideal business and client base that matches your experience and expertise.
Is SOMBA® Kickstart a live course, or is it pre-recorded?
SOMBA® Kickstart offers a combination of pre-recorded modules and several live calls per week. Any live calls you cannot attend will be recorded to be reviewed at your convenience. Live support is also available throughout the program in the form of a dedicated team of coaches and mentors.
Can I complete SOMBA® Kickstart alongside a full-time job?
Yes, many successful SOMBA® Kickstart graduates have balanced the program with a full-time job.
Will I receive 1:1 coaching during SOMBA® Kickstart?
SOMBA® Kickstart is a group coaching program, so 1:1 coaching will not be available.
I am not very comfortable with technology - will this prevent me from succeeding during SOMBA® Kickstart?
We appreciate that everybody has a different level of comfort and experience with technology, so our patient coaches will talk you through all you need to know. Weekly tech Q&A calls are also included in the program.
What language is used during SOMBA® Kickstart?
We are an international team, and welcome students from across the world, so to keep things fair and consistent, all written and spoken communication during SOMBA® Kickstart is in English. Please be assured that you do not need to be a native speaker; all communication uses simple, easy-to-understand language.
I am a man - can I take part in SOMBA® Kickstart?
Although Sigrun’s teachings are primarily geared towards women, good men are also welcome in SOMBA® Kickstart!
