How Caroline Went From 5 Days of Accounting to 1 Day a Month | SOMBA® Advantage+ Review

Where Caroline Started

Caroline is from Belgium. She had been in business for 10 years. Then she was ill for over a year and had to take time out to recover, physically and mentally. After that she needed structure:

“I now had to decide what am I going to do? What structure am I going to give it to myself?”

A week before my 12 days of masterclasses started, I popped up on her Facebook. She was sceptical, because she had already done so many business programs. She thought it was free and only an hour a day, so she joined. She was sure she would never last all 12 days.

After the first session she was enthusiastic about the way I approach things:

“She’s straightforward. She just tells you how things are instead of the sleazy sales talks.”

She was determined not to buy anything. Then she joined a call about SOMBA® Kickstart:

“I was like in two seconds this is what I need.”

So she was in SOMBA® Kickstart first. What she found there was a community:

“For me, it just feels like coming home in a community where everybody takes responsibility.”

Halfway through SOMBA® Kickstart she decided she would not continue doing business on her own. She joined the next program, which soon became SOMBA® Advantage, when I decided we would build AI-first businesses.

What Happened in SOMBA® Advantage+

Caroline has worked in IT and already knew a lot about AI. For her the hard part was to use it in a way that supports her business, without losing all her time to learning it.

“I have the luxury position of just being able to ask a question, how do you guys do this? Because I can’t seem to get there. So I don’t lose as much time in researching all of the new possibilities because there is a team that’s already doing it for us.”

She now has a marketing assistant, a personal assistant, a finance assistant, a technical assistant and one more assistant for everything else. Her agents monitor her website security, research her ideal client, prepare the classes she teaches and prepare her planning. She keeps the final planning in her own hands:

“My AI is not allowed to make my planning but it’s allowed to prepare my planning.”

Her business changed a lot too. She used to call herself a business coach. Today she helps entrepreneurs simplify their business and make it feel lighter. She has added energy work and healing to what she does.

Where She Is Now

When we recorded her review, it was 6 or 7 months later, and Caroline cannot imagine going back to doing business on her own. These are the numbers she shared:

• Her personal assistant used to work 4 hours a week for her. AI now does that work fully. If Caroline did it herself, it would take her 8 hours a week.
• Her accounting went from 5 full days to 1 day a month.
• She saves more than 8 hours a week extra on research, because everything is prepared for her.

She also saves energy. Her accounts used to take all of her energy, and she needed 2 or 3 days to recover afterwards. Now she does them and moves on to the next task.

“It also just gave me back the fun in my business because all of the things that felt really heavy now are mainly done by AI and the things that I love are now much more into the spotlight.”

Would She Recommend It?

Caroline has already recommended SOMBA® Advantage to a number of entrepreneurs.

“First of all, I do feel it’s still undercharged. If I just see the number of workshops that we get, number of sessions, the questions we can ask, the support we get, it is amazing. You just don’t have to do it on your own anymore. […] So, just stop doing it on your own.”
