How Agnieszka Used AI to Turn Her Worst Launch Month Into Her Best | Red Circle Review

In this video Agnieszka Figielek shares her review of Red Circle.
Where Agnieszka Started
Agnieszka is an architect from Poland. Since 2009 she and her husband Bartek, who is also her business partner, have designed zero energy buildings. They could design only 10 buildings a year, and they did not want to grow a big offline company with more employees and more risk.
At the end of 2022 they had problems. It was after the pandemic and after the start of the war in Ukraine, and the costs changed. Agnieszka told Bartek:
“[…] we have all the expertise in our hands and we only have to pack this and put to the online.”
She had seen me speak at a conference in Poland and she watched my 12 days of masterclasses. They invested their savings in SOMBA® Kickstart.
They came into Kickstart with a course for people who want to build a passive house. Then they organised a conference at a big building fair in Poznań, and 75% of the people who signed up were architects. Days before they had to submit their course idea, they changed their ideal client to architects. That was hard for Agnieszka:
“I have the big knowhow in my hand and I don’t want to give this knowhow for my competitors.”
She did the mindset work with the coaches, and they built a free 4-week course for architects. 1,200 architects signed up, 400 finished it and 20 bought their 6-month academy.
“[…] after 3 months we […] made […] 40,000 […] dollars.”
They launched 4 times in the first year and ended the year at 100K online, with the offline business growing too.
What Happened in Red Circle
After Kickstart they joined Momentum 360°® for 2 years, and then Red Circle. They went from 0 to 100K in the first year online and from 100K to 250K in the second year. Agnieszka says the biggest thing she got was her self-confidence:
“I didn’t feel like I’m an expert and the coaches helps me so much.”
“It’s very difficult when you launch alone and […] you didn’t have the mirror what you are doing.”
When she checked her numbers at the end of the year, she saw 46% more income than the same period the year before.
Her launches were good, but they had a ceiling:
“We had a good launches last year but it was not six figure launches.”
Then she started to build AI agents for her launches, and she stopped asking AI for quick results:
“I stopped to do the things like give me the results like in five minutes.”
The first thing she did was analyse her ads. She runs the ads in their company:
“I had to check about three hours per day ads manager […] and right now I only download the files and analyzes every day.”
She looked at the ads from her last launch that brought in clients:
“That was not analyzing to find the cheapest leads but the better quality leads.”
Her February launch had almost 2,000 signups. Two months later she ran the same launch again, with the promotion starting in May. For this launch she built an agent that writes personal emails to her future clients, based on what people had emailed her or written in her Facebook group. Before, she had skipped these emails.
“We sent I think 200 emails in few hours.”
“We got a lot of sign up for discover calls and then we can talk with these people and before launches we lost these people.”
Where She Is Now
When we recorded this video, Agnieszka had just closed the cart on her June launch and was on her family holiday. For the last 2 years, June was the worst launch of the year:
“This launch in June that was the worst launch in the whole year and this year it was the best one.”
“We got less signups actually. It was 1,600 something like that but with the better results.”
It was the same ideal client, the same offer and the same launch strategy, with fewer leads. The ads used the message that had already brought in sales, and the people in her community got personal emails.
Agnieszka now teaches architects in Poland how to design zero energy buildings, and her students design many more buildings than she ever could alone:
“When I go to some meetings with architects, I see that they know me and I didn’t know them. And that’s a real change.”
“They are not my competitors or whatever. They my friends.”
