How Tina Grew Her Dog Training to €500K | Red Circle Review

In this video my client Tina Schwarz shares her 2 years in Red Circle, from about €200K a year and 10 to 12 hour days to about €500K a year with a lot more ease.
Where Tina Started
Tina is an online dog trainer. Her niche is dog training combined with yoga philosophy, and she helps both the dogs and their humans.
Before Red Circle she lived in a small flat in the middle of a city in Germany.
“it was pretty loud and I had I think a revenue around 200k per year so it was pretty good but not as good as I wanted to”
Her daily life was all about work. She worked 10 or 12 hours a day to grow the business.
Tina found me through my 12 Days of Masterclasses. Her first step into an online business was SOMBA, which she did for a year. After that she built the business by herself with what she had learned in SOMBA, until she knew she needed more help.
“and then Sigrun was just the first address for me”
She had no hesitation about joining Red Circle. She joined to make the business easier and to grow it faster.
Her First Year in Red Circle
The first year was about scaling her business, scaling her course and building her team. The change underneath all of it was raising her standards, in her business and in her personal life.
She got a much clearer picture of her ideal client:
“not just the age or what problems they have also how they communicate with other people how they behave with other people”
It became a question of what relationship she wanted to have with her clients, and which people she wanted to attract more of. The same happened in her team. As she built it, she found that some people were in the wrong place, and some she did not want in her team at all.
“I was always a super people pleaser and the first year in in Red Circle was I think all about this stop people pleasing and starting to raising my standards”
Some team members left by themselves. New people came without her asking for them:
“they were just popping up and like hey I want to work for you and they were just perfect for the job”
Her revenue that year was about €500K, which she called “pretty good awesome I would say”. She also attracted more of the clients she really wanted:
“it’s more like I embody myself in my business and so I attracted more and more clients um I really wished for”
She felt a huge shift inside, and she thought people could see it from the outside too.
The Retreat in Iceland
Tina renewed for a second year because Red Circle “was like the the fast track”. The retreat in Iceland was a big part of that decision.
“after Iceland I was a total totally different person than before”
She wanted more change and more growth, and a lot of questions had come up after her first year that she wanted to solve in Red Circle.
Her Second Year in Red Circle
Tina started her second year as a different person, with a business that had a solid structure. So she started to play, for example with masterclasses.
“it feels like I I build it up a second business um by accident um but it runs pretty good”
With so many new ideas, she needed someone to keep them simple:
“Sigrun is always perfect when it comes to structure it down that you don’t get confused by all your ideas and the launches and whatever”
When we recorded her review, Tina expected to make about €500K again that year, nearly the same revenue as in her first year in Red Circle. The first year had been hard at times, because of the people pleasing and because everything was new and growing so fast. In the second year she tested this and that from a solid structure, and her former clients “bought again and again and again”.
“so it was a lot easier and I learned learned how to how to relax into my business more”
Where She Is Now
“now after Red Circle my life in business feels like like a butterfly it’s out of the Cocoon and it’s just flying around and enjoying life”
When we recorded her review, Tina had quit her flat in Germany and was living in her van, renting houses for a couple of months at a time. She was spending the winter in Spain, and in the summer she had been in Sweden and Norway.
“we are enjoying life and working with ease and earning a lot of money of course”
Her advice was to be open for everything that will happen:
“usually we expect something and on the way to our goal something totally different will happen”
“even if you have the feeling that the whole world is breaking down Red Circle is always pushing you up again”
Red Circle has closed, and my signature program today is Advantage. If you want to work with me, join the Advantage waitlist.
